The attendants will take care of all landing procedures including border control and customs which are located in the private lounge, as well as bring in your luggage.
Following the Covid19 regulations, you will have to undergo a corona test in the lounge without waiting in line.
The attendants will accompany you to the welcome hall or to the shuttle car waiting for you outside.
You are welcome to choose your preferable car from:
– A 3-seater or 6-seater taxi
– A luxury vehicle: Limousine minibus, Mercedes S-Class, Jeep, a 6 seater Viano Mercedes, a 10 seater van.

Landing | VIP Plane Service at Ben Gurion Airport

Our flight attendants will meet you at the exit of the plane holding a sign with your name. They will accompany you and take care of all the ground proceedings including passport control.
The flight attendants will assist you with your luggage.
If any – the flight attendants will help you collect your duty-free items you have purchased.
The flight attendants will assist you with your Corona tests which you have booked in advance before landing in Israel.
The flight attendants will accompany you to the departure hall or to your shuttle vehicle (transportation cost is not included in the price listed below)

Landing | VIP Sign and Shuttle Service at Ben Gurion Airport

The company driver will meet you at the Incoming hall in Terminal 3 (or outside it) with a sign bearing your name, and will drive you to your destination.
You are welcome to choose your preferable car from:

The flight attendants will drive you to the duty free complex / aircraft sleeve.
Please Note: departure with American airlines requires the identification of the passenger at the check-in counter. This identification is done before passengers are accompanied to the Arbel Lounge.
